Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all women’s dresses sold on Slbob. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned dresses must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Dresses that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage
  • Dresses returned without original tags or packaging
  • Items marked as final sale on the product page at the time of purchase

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at help@slbob.com within the return period. After approval, you will receive confirmation to return the item.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item).

6. Refunds

Once we receive the returned dress and complete inspection and verification, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days.

Original shipping fees are not refunded. As all orders include free shipping, no original shipping charges are deducted from refunds.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact your payment provider or bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at help@slbob.com.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect dress, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to assist with the resolution.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
